All Iris De La Torre jewellery and objects are designed and handmade in her studio in Kingston upon Thames, England.

Every effort has been made to represent colours and details as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and the nature of the materials used.

As each piece is handmade, slight variations may occur, making every item unique.

All artwork, designs, photographs and content featured on this website remain the intellectual property of Iris De La Torre and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.

The floral jewellery is made from acrylic, hypoallergenic silicone rubber and stainless steel findings. Each piece is laser cut and assembled by hand in Kingston upon Thames using predominantly UK made materials.

Due to the handmade nature of the work, slight variations may occur.

The printed jewellery collection is digitally printed directly onto acrylic. Small variations in colour and print placement may occur and are part of the handmade process.

To preserve the finish, apply perfume, hairspray and cosmetics before wearing, and store jewellery in its box or dust bag when not in use.

To keep jewellery looking its best, avoid contact with water, perfumes and harsh chemicals. Store pieces carefully when not in use and clean gently with a soft, dry cloth.

Payments are securely processed through PayPal. Debit and credit card payments can also be made through PayPal without creating an account.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail and usually arrive within 7 working days.

International orders are sent via Royal Mail Airmail and typically arrive within 2–4 weeks, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, taxes and other import charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.

If for any reason a purchase is not suitable, please contact irisdelatorreinfo@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the order.

Items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

A tracked postal service is recommended for all returns.
