About Iris

Iris De La Torre is a designer and maker from Mexico who creates colourful jewellery, accessories and objects inspired by the magic of Mexican folk art and the joyful simplicity of 1960s graphic design and illustration.

Growing up in Guadalajara, Mexico surrounded by her creative parents, the vibrant visual culture of her country; she developed a lifelong fascination with colour, storytelling and handmade objects. Iris transforms her distinctive graphic language of geometric forms and symbolic motifs into playful, wearable pieces that celebrate joy, optimism and self-expression.

Her clients and commissions include the Victoria and Albert Museum, The Royal Mint, the National Portrait Gallery and Piknic in South Korea.
