This is Frida’s Deer Pet Brooch.
This brooch is lovely and light; with a beautiful translucent tortoiseshell in texture and colour it will surely remind you of Frida Kahlo who is Mexico’s most famous female painter today.
She was one of the most accomplished artists of her generation and she continues to be an icon and an example of originality, strength, individuality style and an inspiration to many people not only in Mexico but all over the world. She was often photographed and would paint herself with her beloved pets.
Materials: Made of tortoiseshell acrylic with a striking graphic printed eye and a base metal silver plated pin bar. It comes with a gift box and a card with a graphic illustration of Frida Kahlo.
