I currently post once a week on a Saturday.
Please allow up to 7 working days for UK delivery of most items.
Everything you see in the shop is made by me by hand and packed by hand too. Depending on the item, for example the flower jewellery takes 2 - 3 weeks to make (made to order). I post everything by Royal Mail First Class Signed For.
If there is something that you are looking for and it is not available, please do not hesitate to contact me via my website's order form and I will get back to you with information about it as soon as I can.

Please note that do to the nature of the plastic materials and the vibrant colours of the jewellery and products, the actual physical product may vary slightly from the images on this website.
Please do not copy or imitate my work without my written permission as to do so may constitute an unlawful copyright breach. I do hope that my work inspires people though and I accept that where other work is inspired in that way, that is a positive thing.
About the floral jewellery
The floral jewellery is made of acrylic, hypoallergenic rubber and sterling silver or stainless steel clasps. Every piece of my jewellery is laser cut and hand assembled by me in my studio in the United Kingdom. As a result, each piece is unique. All of the materials used were made in Britain with the exception of the metal parts.
About the printed jewellery
Kindly note that the printed jewellery is digitally printed directly on to the acrylic sheet; this means there may be slight variations of colour on parts of the printed surface. Nevertheless the pieces are beautiful, handmade and unique.
It is almost imposible for painted artwork or digitally printed Perspex and acrylic materials to last forever due to the non-porous surface of the material; therefore is important to put perfume before you put on your jewellery and put it away carefully in its box or dust bag.
PACKAGING
Floral jewellery packaging:
The floral jewellery packaging is entirely made in this country and it comes in a white Iris De La Torre screen printed 100% cotton bag.
Printed jewellery packaging:
The printed jewellery comes in a white Iris De La Torre screen printed gift box from and a little square card with a printed illustration of the design.
ORDERS & DELIVERY
Payment:
At present I only accept payment via PayPal.
You can make card payments through PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account. You will be directed to PayPal when you checkout.
Delivery:
The delivery prices include the postage and packing price and this will be calculated at checkout depending on the destination.
UK orders will be shipped using Royal Mail First Class Post. Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive. You will be required to sign for your package.
International orders will be shipped using a standard Royal Mail airmail service so please allow at least 2 – 4 weeks for your order to arrive.
If you made a purchase at the weekend, your order will be shipped the following Saturday. Should you require your item faster, please send me an email and I will find do my very best to get it faster to you!
If you notice that your order is damaged upon arrival, please do not accept it and contact me immediately. Alternatively, please photograph the damaged packaging / item and email me or send it back to me to see what went wrong.
Duties and Taxes:
Kindly note that if your order is being shipped outside the UK or the EU, it is subject to duties and import taxes which are the responsibility of the customer to pay. You will be billed directly by the customs office of the destination country.
Returns & Exchanges
I hope that you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your item kindly notify me via email within 15 days of purchase via the website’s order form providing that your item is unused / unworn and in its original condition with its packaging.
I will offer an exchange on your purchase, in appropriate circumstances and as required by law.
Please note that I cannot refund the original postage and packaging cost and you will have to cover the cost of the return shipping.
When returning an item back to me, I kindly recommend to use a trackable shipping method so you can track the status of your returned shipment and be absolutely sure the items are safely returned to me.
JEWELLERY CARE
How to care for your jewellery:
It is best to put perfume on before putting on the jewellery.
Please avoid contact with water and chemical substances such as: hairspray, soap, detergents, etc.
You can wipe your jewellery with a soft cloth (example, lenses cloth) and put it back in its packaging when not worn.
For hygienic reasons, I am unable to offer a refund or an exchange on earrings.
Repairs
Like most things that are much loved and often worn, there comes a time when your favourite piece of jewellery needs a little TLC.
I would be very happy to repair your jewellery if purchased through me and if damaged after 6 months from the purchase date.
Depending on the damage of the piece, a minimum fee of £6.00 (plus postage) will be incurred to cover repair time and materials.
When returning an item back to me, I kindly recommend to use a trackable shipping method so you can track the status of your retuned shipment and be absolutely sure the items get safely to me.
