About the floral jewellery:
The jewellery is made of acrylic, hypoallergenic rubber and sterling silver or stainless steel clasps. Every piece of my jewellery is laser cut and hand assembled by me in my studio in the United Kingdom. As a result, each piece is unique. All of the materials used were made in Britain with the exception of the metal parts.
Floral jewellery packaging:
The floral jewellery packaging is entirely made in this country and hand folded by me. Depending on the style of your flower jewellery you will receive a floral seed envelope inspired by the real flower seed packaging or a screen printed 100% cotton

About the printed jewellery:
Kindly note that the designs from this collection have been printed on to textured acrylic; this means there may be slight variations of colour on parts of the printed surface. Nevertheless the pieces are beautiful, handmade and unique.
How to care for your jewellery:
It is best to put perfume on before putting on the jewellery. Please avoid contact with water and chemical substances such as: hairspray, soap, detergents, etc. You can wipe your jewellery with a soft cloth (example, lenses cloth) and to put it back in its packaging when not worn.
For hygienic reasons, I am unable to offer a refund or an exchange on all earrings.
Orders and Delivery
At present I accept payment via PayPal. You can make card payments through PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account. You will be directed to PayPal when you checkout.
The delivery prices include the postage and packing price and this will be calculated at checkout depending on the destination.
UK orders will be shipped using Royal Mail First Class Post. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for your order to be arrive. You will be required to sign for your package.
International orders will be shipped using a standard airmail service so please allow at least 3 – 4 weeks for your order to arrive.
If you made a purchase at the weekend, your order will be shipped on a Tuesday morning. Should you require your item faster, please send me an email and I will find out how to get it faster to you!
If you notice that your order is damaged upon arrival, please do not accept it and contact me immediately. Alternatively, please photograph the damaged packaging/item and email me or send it back to me to see what went wrong.
Duties and Taxes:
Kindly note that if your order is being shipped outside the UK or the EU, you are subject to duties and import taxes which are the responsibility of the customer to pay. You will be billed directly by the customs office of the destination country.
Returns & Exchanges
I hope that you love your piece of jewellery or fine bone china mug, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your item; kindly notify me via email within 15 days of purchase to email@example.com providing that your item is unused/unworn and in its original condition with its packaging. I will offer an exchange on your purchase, in appropriate circumstances and as required by law.
Please note that I cannot refund the original postage and packaging cost and you will have to cover the cost of the return shipping.
When returning an item back to me, I kindly recommend to use a trackable shipping method so you can track the status of your retuned shipment and be absolutely sure the items get returned to me.
Like most things that are much loved and often worn, there comes a time when it needs a little TLC. I would be very happy to repair your jewellery if purchased through me and if damaged after 6 months from the purchase date. Depending on the damage of the piece, a fee of £12.00 will be incurred to cover the postage and the repair time and materials.
